Data Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your account and all data associated with it, please send an email to hello@genzarate.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"—ensuring you include your username and registered email in the body—or simply submit a request for deletion directly through your profile page.
Please include your registered email address in the body of the email. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your data has been erased.
Warning: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account and all associated data are erased, they cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before submitting your deletion request.
Why this works
It is very low maintenance. Just ensure that the inbox is monitored and that you have a documented process to actually delete the records once the email arrives.
