1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or the creation, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of children
- Sharing or requesting CSAM
- Any behavior that endangers children
2. Reporting Mechanism
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately. You can report concerns through:
- The Feedback screen in our app (select "Safety Concern")
- Emailing our child safety point of contact directly
All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and appropriate authorities regarding any reports of child safety violations.
3. Child Safety Point of Contact
We have designated a child safety point of contact responsible for handling all child safety-related reports and inquiries.
This inbox is monitored regularly, and safety reports receive the highest priority response.
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
GenZarate complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including those related to the protection of minors online. We:
- Report CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
- Maintain records as required by applicable law
- Regularly review and update our safety practices
5. Enforcement and Account Actions
Any account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM-related activity will be permanently banned without warning. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report violations to law enforcement at our sole discretion.
